Joint EurAI Advanced Course on AI, TAILOR Summer School 2022

The 19th Advanced Course on AI (ACAI) is a specialized course in Artificial Intelligence sponsored by EurAI. The theme of the 2022 ACAI School is Explainable AI.

Explainable AI is currently one of the emergent research branches of AI which becomes central in the ethical applications of AI. Within ACAI 2022, international researchers will teach advanced courses related to the state of the art in explainability in the different fields of AI.  We intend to provide the attendees with the basic knowledge needed to design, implement, operate and research the next generation of Explainable AI systems that are focused on optimally cooperating with humans on both at the individual and at the social level.

The ACAI 2022 is an special event because it joints efforts with the Tailor Summer School. Tailor Summer School is the school from Tailor network of excellence and it will be devoted to Trustworthy AI, The best international researchers witll participate as lecturers offering updated training on the requirements to achieve a trustworthy AI, including transparecy, diversity, robustness and privacy.

The school will have a rich format, including keynote presentations, lectures, labs/hands-on sessions, short tutorials on cutting edge topics and longer in-depth tutorials. A doctoral consortium is also schedulled where PhD students will be allowed to discuss on their PhD theses.

All enriched with a suggestive social program with social events every evening that will promote networking and enjoyment of the beautifull city of Barcelona.
